Scuffed Uno offers you the opportunity to enjoy the beloved Uno card game directly in your web browser. The objective of the game remains the same as in other Crazy Eights style card games – to be the first player to empty your hand of cards. Scuffed Uno supports games for 2, 3, or 4 players.
How to Play Scuffed Uno:
To enhance your chances of winning at Uno, there are several strategies you can employ. The core tactic revolves around discarding all your cards before your opponents. Achieve this goal by matching the color or number of the card in play prior to yours. If you’re unable to play a card from your hand, you must draw cards from the deck until you find a playable one. When you’re down to your final card, don’t forget to hit the “UNO” button; failing to do so will result in a penalty of drawing two additional cards!
Number Cards:
The game comprises a total of 108 cards, with the number cards making up the majority at 70% of the deck. Each of the four colors features 19 cards ranging from numbers 0-9. In terms of frequency, there is only one zero card while each other number is represented twice. The remaining 30% of the deck consists of action cards and wild cards.
Action Cards:
Action cards introduce a layer of strategy to Uno. The deck includes three types of action cards, with two copies of each one in every color: Skip card – causes the next player to be skipped; Reverse – changes the direction of play; Draw two – forces the subsequent player to draw two cards and forfeit a turn.
Wild Cards:
There are two categories of wild cards, each with four instances: Wild – empowers the player to choose the color to play; Wild Draw 4 – mandates the next player to draw four cards and specifies the color to be matched.
